Default checking in, (kinda off topic)

been really busy, my wife keeps us going now. added a new thing to the to do list. we where granted permission on some land to camp, target shoot, hunt, just about anything as long as we watch over it. so be doing some work up there for a little while. went up last sunday and clear some locust trees drive way and around the cabin. I got torn up cutting them down and moving them. going back up saturday to cut more locust trees down. plus a little target shooting.

bought a new to me gun. not a muzzleloader but still doing some restoring to it. western auto 310a, pretty much a mossberg 500ab. someone did a bad paint job to it. have half the old paint off, don't know yet if I am going to take to bare metal and reprime and then paint it flat black. bought a new butt stock and forearm for it. (shhh I have not told my wife yet)

talking about my wife, she just had a medical scare last weekend and to speed three days in the hospital.

I bowl 2 to 3 days a week. one of these is league. not doing bad right now.

the public range I go to closed for the winter so I have not shot since before that. first time they done that since I been going to it. maybe they did some much need work to it.

well that updates what I been up to.

Having a place to go relax is nice. I am heading back to FL for another month. But when I come back up north I am going to the camp for a couple days of R&R.

they shut down a number of free site and some paid sites where we go. it is good for us now.

once we are settled with the way the camp area looks I think we are moving on a shooting range set up. maybe
