I really like mine.

My only problem with it is the LOP. As you can see, I had to get an offset ring to push the scope back some. I still need to cut down the stock to get it right.

As to accuracy, it is awesome:

I was shooting this out to 100 yds. I also shot the 275 gr. Parker bullets with the vision:

And then I set up again at the 100 yd with six shots:

So I'm happy with my Vision. I have had vey good results with the Hornady 300/350 gr. FPB bullet. Don't know what happened to my targets with them.

I have had it for going on five or six years now. My only upgrade was to get a BH209 bp for it. Had a couple of fail to fire, FTF issues when I first got the gun back in 2008.

Was that a Knight bare primer breechplug purchase?
Were those initial FTF issues using the red primer jacket and Blackhorn 209 combo?

No, it is a BP that you just place the 209 primer into it. I did have some fail to fire, but it was because I was using Win primers and they were too weak and didn't work. I called BH209 people and they told me to go to the CCI or FED mag primers and no problems after that!!!

I bought my rifle from Sportsman Guide back in 2008. I keep hearing how bad these rifles are and to me it is all BS!!! She works fine and no problems at all. I have tried just about every bullet I could get my hands on with no problems.

For the money, I don't think you can buy a better Muzzleloader.
