Default knight ultralight

Was doing some shooting with a buddy of mine and he has a knight ultralight 50cal muzzleloader. Man that thing looks awesome. Comes with a bell and Carlson stock On it and a 26" barrel. One mean machine. Could be a future rifle. Has anyone shot one of these or have info on it?

Ah yep! Outstanding rifle. A lot of thought went into the design and building of this rifle. It is expensive but in the long run well worth it...

Click the search tab and enter: knight+Ultra lite

You will come up with a load of information...

Not mine but the U-Lite sure do work

Much lesser in size but it still worked for me,

And they shoot really well also... one of the very first velocity test targets shot from my new rifle..

Mike.......Does the stock work for open sights, or is it made for a scope with a high comb?

edit..I just noticed the first picture has open sights.

It's the best production muzzleloader made today. There's only one company you can compare it to and that's NULA. And that's a custom made muzzleloader and I'm not even sure they are still being made.

I really like that rifle and I'm sure the quality is top-tier. It's just that I prefer tearing apart and cleaning break-actions like the Knight Vision and similar models like my T/C Omega, much more than a bolt or plunger-action ML.

T7, the new Mountaineers are a dream to clean. With the construction of the new Lehigh breech plug and the use of a correct fitting 209 primer the breech area stays virtually clean.

Here is a pic of the breech area after shooting. The first group of pictures I have purposely put lithium grease on the bolt to catch any blowback or debris from shooting the rifle.

and this one shows the spent primers

I have never shot Swiss - I have tried to find it a few times just so I could compare it to T7 or even BH. From everything I hear Swiss is in a world of its own...
