started I was wanting to make a peep, started out just drilling a nut placing a screw in the hole I drilled. started looking on ebay for some ideas, ran into aperture parts for a ar peep sight. small snag on that that took like 10mins to get a round, could not find a screw that would work on it, drilled it out and retapped for 10-32. I started working on the mounting system. first idea was to take some steel, bend, drill and mount the sighting system to it. that was until I ran into some corner brackets that may work,
these is just a mock up. still work in progress.


still have to clean up and cut some metal as well as add another support area think i will do it off the tang screw that is there. may start over and use another bracket and cut it better maybe drill a hole between the other two to lower it some.

dropping that mount for now, until I decide if I am going to a hotter torch or find someone to help. think these a little over my head.

Most put a peep where the tang screw is..

I know the idea I have now and in the begin did plan on wAs planning on drilling and tapping on the tang but did not want to drill the tang. Looked for an extra but did not care for the price same goes for the peep sights I found
