Default Knight raised prices

Was just looking at the Mountaineers on Knight website and seen there was a $50 increase. Not sure about the other models but, now a Mountaineer in grey laminate TH is running $810.00. That is really pushing them into an upper high end price for a muzzleloader.

Yeah, I know! I got a great price from ed's. But if they are raising prices, I am sure they will raise them to other suppliers, as well. Unless they are trying to push people to not order directly from them.

I've always wondered why you can buy from a dealer cheaper than the manufacture? Just like when the accura V1's first came out CVA had them about $200 more than I found em for at Cabela's, then even cheaper.
I also bought a new wood stove this year, the manufacture (USSC) united states stove company had the Country Hearth for $1600.00, I bought it from Tractor Supply for $900.00, go figure.....
I was really considering buying a Knight Mountaineer in straight green but I think Im going to have to hold out for awhile. I've dang near spent that already on my poor sick Lab, plus our Taxes came and then with my Mustang Pmt and all the others this month Im in them for over $5K this month, I Hate January!

Yea I think there going overboard on there prices, that's what I'd expect to pay for a decent MLer with a Good Scope and Rings. It's just like what happened to the prices of a good Bow. Back when I started achery hunting, and buying the new top of the line compounds they were around $250, now a good Mathews cost $1250 for a bare bow, equip it with arrows and all and your into it for over $1750......for a Bow!

Well, if this price increase gets passed down to the dealers this tells me sales are good for Knight. That would be the last thing they would want to do if sales were slow or not so good. I have been wondering how they were doing and this may be an indication.

That's a lot of dough, and worth every penny. Knight's are simply the best!
I adore my new Mounatineer and all it does for me - my first 8 pointer at 209 yds. My Knight Bighorn has taken 5 elk from 108 to 194yds.

They're solid guns!

Your exactly right, sales have been off the charts with Muzzleloaders and bullets.
