Great adventure and beautiful country. my 10 yr old and i saw 3 full curl rams opening morning of deer season. he was really excited to see them.i saw rams about every time i went out in the one zone near my house.to bad you didn't get a shot at Mr putty tat.

It must be nice to hunt where there is such a variety of big game. The only way I would get to see that kind of big game variety is on TV.
We only have whitetail deer here, not even bear, unless you go up into the mountains, or coyote.

Chet, Thank God you made it home safe and sound. Too bad about not getting a cat (yet). But at least you had a nice experience and saw alot of game. And you even saw tracks which means you were in the right area. I always consider unsucessful experiences as lessons learned. Better luck next time.
