Default my wife saved my will power tonight

well, I blame myself. keep going back to builders post on md's site. I know where he is getting the new gun from. they also have cva optima pros ss/th for $250. I pulled my money out and counted infront of my wife. I am just 50% to an 45cal accura v2 (just the rifle). she turns to me, "we are may need that money down the road and we will get the gun you want from our taxes".

I love that woman, I just gotta keep my self control for a few more months

My wife tells me I have a lot of willpower. She said I haven't used any of it yet.

I have my Mad Money and I never ever tell my wife about it. Back befor she got into hunting with me I could say this only cost this much or that much. Now that she knows there's no fooling her.
Never let a women know how much money you have, it will soon be parted.
Sure if you absolutely need the money for an emergency than that's ok. But remember women are only interested in 3 things, money, money and money.

You need to put the account in her name, and wait for the tax money.

I work a second job, 8 to 12 hours a month for my mad money. My wife has never asked me what I get with it unless I buy something and "borrow" from the savings account.

Try this sometime and see what happens...get either your Federal or State (if you get one) Tax Return and you and your wife both sign them and take one or the other to the bank to cash.
This is what happend to me. My wife walked into the bank with our signed by both of us State Return, it was cashed no problem. Now I go a few days later to cash our Federal Return signed by both of us and they WOULD'NT cash it, they said I had to have My Wife with me when doing so. I asked why and they said it was there policy.
Well I then said that my wife came in here a few days ago and cashed our State return wothout Me being here and you did it, the Girl did'nt know what to say. Then she said we do this because some Husbands get the Tax Returns and Cash them without there Wifes knowing about it and it causes problems. So I then walked out to My Truck, got my wife and went back in to cash the Federal Return, what a Bunch of Crap. The wife could do it but I could'nt.....somethings not right with this one.
Another instance Not related but still has to do with banks. I got our Federal Return, went in there with the Wife and Me so it could be cashed, they would'nt give us the Cash, they said the Check had to Clear....it's a Dang Gov't Check, it's good! I then said well deposit the check in our account and give me the exact same amount out of our Checking Account....the girl was PO'd It's almost as if they think it's there Money! the best part of this is the Tellers are all women, I think this is Discrimination against Men.
