off topic, house hunting no good news
well, we made an offer, it got countered. we don't know where the ball was dropped. but the house was put under contract and it was not by me and jess. I am pissed as hell, jess is devastated. At this point I don't want to deal with realty group that had the house that was in charge of the house we where looking at or the VDHA who owned the house.
our agent is pissed too, she is looking to what happen and is not getting an answer from the other agent. I have been looking to see if there any legal action we can take on this. there is something dirty going on with this one
