Default Powder shipping?

I thought it was grafs that had $4.95 shipping? I went to order some black mz powder and i got a total of $51 with a hazmat fee... What place is it that skips the hazmat and has good shipping?

I thought the Black MZ was APP powder?

You should buy some Swiss. T7 power with easy ignition.
