How should Powder (777) be measured, by weight or by Volume

It can be measured either way and be fine as long as you use the proper translation of ratio. 70 gr weight to 100 gr volume is what I have used for both 777 and Blackhorn. 100=100 only with black power not with subs.

that's the long answer, some people do weigh it in the name of consistentency.
