Default off topic, some other type hunting i been doing

after years and years of renting. me and my wife are going to take an big step. we are buying an house. just got done taking some paper work to the mortgage place. jess tells me if all goes right, we will be in our own home by christmas. I don't think that would happen. but hey, who knows


more room, have an true work shop and casting area. jess having an reading room. no land lords watching over our shoulders. really sounds great to me.

That's Great. A home of your own is the best investment you will ever make. With the economy the way it is there are some real good deals out there. Good Luck!

Your not kinding my house I bought in february was built in 2006 and sold for 145000. I bought it as a repo and ready to move in (no damage at all) for 82500. It appraised for 108500, that's how much they over priced them, back then

ones we have priced, high of 80k and low of 50k. most if not all appraised from 100k to 150k.

market is not as low as some parts of FL. lol
