Default My Knight customer service experience!!

Well I had a chance to try out the customer service at Knight. Since the devil didnt have a good experience and Don Jose didnt seem satisfied I actually figured that my experience was probably not going to be good.I had bought a couple of LRH's a few months back. They had only been shot one time then put away. Well the wife decided to use hers for muzzy season so I got it out, removed the scope so she could sight it in with open sights. On the way out to shoot she noticed a problem with the stock. I figured that I better contact Knight right away but like I said I didnt expect much of a response.( I guess i was basing it on others' responses) I called first thing Monday Morning. The lady who answered the phone ask me if i bought it from them. i said I ordered it through the local store. She gave me the number for warranty. I called and got an answering machine. i left a message but had little expectation. the next day a guy named sam called me back. I explained the situation. He said we dont have any stocks here but he said he would e-mail Gordy and the owner of the company. That evening a get a call from Gordy. I explained to him the situation and he said he would send out a stock the next morning along with a return label for me to return the other stock. He said they didnt have any in Iowa where sam was but in tennessee where he was they had some.I figure the stock should be here in a couple of days. I will let everyone know.I am glad that i didnt take all the negative experiences and form a quick opinion but rather based it on my personal experience. Of course i would rather not need customer service but i am glad that since I got the opportunity to test Knight's customer service that for me it was superb and I hope that it turns out to be the case for others also. If that changes in the future I will be the first to tell you. At this point I say Knight has great customer service.

Maybe they remember you from the FB posting and realize you are part of the platinum club. Maybe a better service level.

LOL I doubt that's the reason but I don't care what the reason is .I am just glad that i got a response within 24 hours and a promise to ship a new stock the next morning. That's what matters to me in this case.

The stock just arrived on the big brown truck. That should make the little lady happy. Because as every married man knows if the woman ain't happy ain't nobody happy
