Default Sierra

Does anyone have any knowledge of these bullets? I've never seen any mention of them.

I do not have that particular bullet, but I would be willing to tell that Sierra's are really good bullets.

They are awful short but really should shoot well especially out of a slower twist such as a 1-45.

I did try some 45-200 Speers one time and was not impressed but the Sierra's could be different..

It looks to me the SIERRA is just a tad longer than the XTP. Here are pictures of both in a 180 grain side by side. The SIERRA is on the left and the XTP is on the right.

I have the 300 gr .451" bullets that shoot as well as the XTPs. And they are a flat point in lieu of a hollow point

They look like they will do well if terminal performance is good.
