Default Shooting Shows

Look like tonight 7:30 central time OutDoor Channel has Longhunters who shoot the Kentucky Long Rifle coming own.

Knight Rifles is also being talked about on Gun Nuts as well tonight they say the Knight MK85 one of the best 50 rifles made

IIRC Field and Stream picked the MK85 as the 32nd best rifle ever made. This included center fires too. Anyone that has ever shouldered one and pulled the sweet REAL 2.5lb Timney trigger could probably see why it ranked so high.

The entire package came together very well and by the time it got that rank Knight had sold a huge amount of them. Mine had over a 89XXX serial.

I managed to watch that show. It was pretty interesting and some beautiful rifles as well. I was kind of surprised when they were trying to hit that buffalo target at 220 yards with open sights. Most of them missed. You'd think once they got the drop down, they could have hit that big target out in the field. But of course I never tried it so I better shut my mouth.
