Muzzleloader slings
How dod you guys carry your smokepoles, seen a few slip on slings and not sure if there worth the investment, I generally travel 1/4 to a 1/2 mile to certain stand sites so any recommendations would be great

On all of my Renegades and Hawkins I use the the sling stud set That replaces the Ramrod thimble and uses the stud screw in the butt stock.

I don't use one when hunting but I do keep this sling in my backpack for when I'm draggin' deer out of the woods.

Picked up one of these yesterday (not a good photo of it). Just slips on. Even has 4 shell holders that fit the Lanes tubes perfect.
