Default Woodchucks and a 50 Cal

Hi Guy's, Ya I know.........Im Sorry for not being on the Forum but I've been thinking of You All, Semisane, Sabotloader, Cayugad, MD and all the rest of you.
Nothings changed with me, still using My CVA ACCURA's and same Loads, same Powder and same Bullets. I dont get a chance to shoot as much as the most of you's through the Summer or I should really say I have too many other things going on to do what I really Love to do.
I have been out taking care of some Woodchuks and making sure Im still on for the up-comming Season, but that's about it, nothing new to add. If you've never tried eating a Woodchuck they taste like BEEF
Been mostly Woorking as I work through the Summer and have off through our Tough COLD NY Winters. Did some Walleye Fishing and finally Boated that 11.31lb Walleye I've been waiting for for so long. Placed 10th in the Southtowns Walleye Tournement and did Good in the American Walleye Tournament. Im a all around Sportsman and try and have as much Fun as I can while Im still able to. Just wanted to say HI to everyone and hope you all have'nt written me off for not being here with you all.
Our Hunting Licenses go on Sale in less than 2 weeks and I cant believe how FAST Summer is comming to and end. May and June were the Wettest Months on Record here, now were dealing with Record HOT Temps. But that's OK because soon the Woodstove will be Buring and Rutting Bucks will be on the Prowell.
Sorry agin for not being here but Im sure many of you feel the same way when Life just passes you by so fast and you regret for not doing the things you should have while you still have time to do them.
Hope all is well with Everyone and I've Missed you all.

Mike Im just enjoying Life. Yea Connie's been part of it, She's had the whole Month of July off from Work and you know how Women are and what Stupid Things they have planned for you when they have time off, like Cleaning the Garage, Fixing things aroung the House and spending Quality Time with them, Women
Connie's had a few Surguries on Her Wrist and Hopefully She'll now be able to Hunt and Shoot a ML without having to worry about Flinching as She pulls the trigger. We had some Venesion HOT DOGS made this last Fall and BOY are they GOOD, they have Hot Pepper Cheese in em and after She tried em she now wants to fill a few more tags this Fall, and ME TOO.
All I can say is LIFES TOO SHORT, you CANT fit in all you want too, YES Summers been Good to Me and I hope it's been good to you too! I'll be back on the Forum and Not because of the Hunting Part but because of ALL the Great Friends Like YOU I have made on here.

HI Breech, it has been a while. Believe me, I know exactly what you mean with being busy. My daughter went up and had twins in FL so we've been makeing several trips up and down the east coast helping her out. But at least I carried a laptop and was able to stay in touch with 'the guys'.
And leave it to Semisane to come up with a post like that milk jug! Always the kidder.
We missed ya - so next time don't stay away so long.

Well summers are meant to have fun and as long as you're getting that done.. that's all that is important.

You might laugh but I knew a fellow that hunted wood chuck as a food item. As he explained it to me when I thought he was nuts.. look at what they eat and then determine how they will taste. Well they eat grass, garden vegetables, some tree bark when necessary.. nothing more then a rabbit would do. But I never ate them unless they were something in a pot at a game feed and I never knew what I spooned up. He claimed roasted with onions and carrots... there was no better eating.

Have fun this summer. Its about wood hauling time for me, and that is no fun..

Semi, this was the Funniest Thing I ever saw, and I would have known who did this without seeing your Avatar. Thank's for making My Day and letting me know what I've been missing by not being on the Forum.
And Yes, Woodchucks are good eating, they taste like Beef, sort of, and No I dont eat everyone I shoot.
Thank's Guy's!
