There are alot of deals going on right now. Renegades, Hawkens, New Englands. They have a 54 New England for 200. So if someone is looking I would look there. Even a 50 Renegade flintlock, but I think he wants too much for it.

I wouldn't mind finding a deal on one of the Cabelas Hawkins Sporter Carbines in a 54cal 1-24 but that's about it for me as far as traditional style MLs. I would love a ML that looked just like a old Sharps 45-1XX "target" model but used a 209 primer.

Nah i sold one of my motorcycles so now im working on getting a custom 45cal smokeless. I may have enough left over for a elf hunt too.

It might be a 1-24 twist though if it doesn't add too much to the cost and wait time.

Oops. too much online D&D gaming. Most of my characters are dark/evil races and i hate elves.
