Default Laurel Mountain Forge - Brown Job

Forgive me for a little showing off but my wife just can't seem to appreciate my efforts

I picked up the Navy Arms / Pietta SxS a month ago. The bowning wasn't quite right so I did the LMF treatment. It's a little tricky but the end results were great. I hope the pictures do it justice.

Now, I need to figure out a load in time for Turkey Season. I have 5 weeks to work on it. Any advice on getting started? I have no BP shotgun experience.

I have no shotgun experience but you did a good job on the gun. Turkey hunting with a blackpowder shotgun sounds like fun.

Fine job Josmund. Looks nice and even. There's not a shotgun in the world that balances and swings like a caplock double. Just plain fun.
