Default 45 r.e.a.l bullet mold question

Hello, I have a thompson center hawken, and have purchased a 45 cal Green Mountain LRH barrel. I am going to buy a mold for this calibur. what I understand from reading this forum. about the fast twist (1in28) of this barrel, that I need a shorter bullet for fast twist, and a longer bullet for a slower twist barrels. Thats why I am considering the 45 cal R.E.A.L bullet mold 200 grain. I thought about the 45 maxi ball mold. but that seems to be a longer bullet and the price of buying that mold isnt cheap. I have shot saboted bullets for years and now I want to go back to conicals again. any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again, Steve

Steve i think it is just the opposite.... Longer bullet for fast twist and shorter bulet for slow twist.

Remember the idea twist for a round ball is 1/66 - 1/70

I have one for my 54 Hawken and it really shoots good with 60grn of T7 for target shooting. Will shoot the center out of pot shot targets at 25 yds if I do my part. It is a 200 grn REAL mold.
