Default I got my lock back from md

I sent an lock for my 54cal hawken to md to be worked on again. he put on an new hammer and main spring for me. also sent him some harvester sabots and an few 45cal lee improved minies made of sorted range lead (jacketed lead) to play with out of 50cal.

well the lock is back, adjusted the triggers. all I got to do is see how the alignment on the nipple is. then I be set for fire testing.

Thanks md,

man pulling that hammer back is harder then it was before lol

I swear that main spring was ordered out of the cva section of www.thegunworks.com, maybe they sent me the wrong one. lol

the hammer/nipple alignment is almost perfect. not touching anything, just a little off center, won't know until I do some shooting to see if I need to do a little work on it.

guess that is one gun for the next range session lol.

I think the old hammer seen better days. maybe the old main spring too.
