Default Ultra-HI by Miroku

I have an opportunity to buy a couple of Miroku rifles. They look nice in the pictures and can be viewed locally.

One is a 58 Cap and the other is a 45 flinter. Any info on quality, parts or pricing would be appreciated. I don't know if I found a gem of a deal or should be cautious. I do know they are made in ***an. Is that good or bad?

Thanks in advance.

I have one in a caplock .45. It's about what you would expect. Not the nicest thing out there but it'll go boom and kill things. The worse thing about mine is the trigger. I think it's about 8 lbs at least. But work can be done to them.

I don't know how much I'd be willing to spend. More for the .58 but not more than $150 for the .45.

Side note: this gun was the first ML I ever shot and the one that got me hooked.

Hope this helps.
