Default A short time with the GPR

I started using .020 patches and accuracy was all over the target so i switched to the thinner .018 pillow tick and boom! Perfect group but needs improvement. I have charges of 70 and 90gr to try out tomorrow with the .018 pillow tick patches.

Some pics from the range,

Bullseye is 1.5" dia. 50 yards.

Not bad but i will see tomorrow how the APP does with a lighter charge. It really had a lot more kick to it than JSG did yesterday. May only have to use 100gr to get the accuracy i was getting yesterday.

Those GPRs are nice looking rifles. I'm thinking about getting one in a flinter.

Don't forget to try different lubes, that can make a big difference...

I'd also pick up the spent patches as well, they'll tell you quite a bit...
