Default Barnes TMZ's 250 gr .451 50 cal report
My brother shot a 130# doe at 30-40 yds with a 250 gr TMZm 150gr of pyrodex Win 777 primer. He shot it quartering to him. Bullet entered chest just slightly right of center and exited mid torso underneath. He said she went a very short ways but the blood trail was immense.

Sounds like she was shot from a tree stand.
