Call in Sick! Our Late MLing Season starts on Monday. Today Im going to drop my standards to any Antlered Buck and Big Doe of course. Our Gun Season ends tomorrow and I passed on some Bucks I wish I'd have now taken, but I had FUN and that's all that mattered. Weather wise we had one of the worst Gun Seasons in a long time, mostly High Winds and Deep Snow the whole time, but today is actually Calm out and going to be around 37 Degrees, YEA!
I hope that slopping mess in the Weather is'nt headed your way, Rain. Good Luck and have Fun.

That's only West of the Blue Ridge. East of the Blue Ridge, we don't have late ML season - it's still general firearms season. Too many deer here I guess. Poor me!

As Breechplug mentioned-Monday here; been looking forward to it since archery season. Guess what? Just started a big project which probably means little if any time to hunt for me. I really like to go on the prowl during late season, especially if it's snowing...
On my Christmas wish list: More Time!

Corey: Good luck to you in late muzzleloading season.

The OK holiday doe season will open on Dec. 17th and close on the 25th.
