ring question on optima 29" berger barrel

I like to change the scope on the optima to a bushnell banner 3x9x40MM
I like to ask will medium height rings work? the banner has the large power ring with about 4" eye relief
The only killer is the LOP 14 1/2" I think

I have an older Banner on my accura with medium height rings. There is 3/16" between the objective lens and the barrel.

I used low rings on my Optima with a 3200 3-9X40.

I have a Bushnell Banner Dusk to Dawn on (One) of My ACCURA's, I have a (High Base See-Thru's) on that one. I cant remember if the Scope would have worked with the shorter bases or not.....I know there was a reason I went with the High Base's though but cant remember. I do use the High Base so I can also use the Open Sight's if the Dang Snow is comming down so hard that it messes me up with the Scope. The Scope is a Good One though and as Good as My Leupold Ultimate Slam. I Remember.....the shorter mount bases showed the Open Sights through the Scope Lens, wich does not work so great when looking through the scope.
