Default Four Shot Target After Omega Stock Work

Here's the group after I shimmed and floated the barrel on my Omega.
I found the Omega bore was pretty tight (.4960)
So I've been putting a VERY light coat of T17 on the base of the sabot.
The light coat of lube makes loading index mark on my ramrod line up every time .

Hornady SST 250 / 90 gr 777 / .25 acp cal. breech plug.

Those are one of the smallest OD pre package available. That sabot is a MMP 3P-EZ so you can buy both in bulk and save some $$$$$. You could also try the Harvester Scorpions in that sabot for a slightly easier fit..not much though or get a $17 Lee .451 resizing die if you have a press.

I reload, so I have a press. What are you talking about resizing?

Most 45cal bullets are .452+ and you run them through a .451 die from Lee. The Lee resizing die set fits standard 7/8th press threads. Harvester Scorpions and GoldDots seem to resize with a bit less "spring back" and are usually right at .451 when done.

In the 3P EZ sabot, that should be one of the easiest to load. Most Barnes 45cals are already .451 or smaller so they should fit well also.
