Next time Big Brown stops by, tell him to swing by my place and drop off my new coat and bibs that I've been waiting on from Cabela's!!! (I'm hoping it actually gets cold sometime soon because I don't like deer hunting in shorts )

Big brown truck came this evening with the brand new thumb hole V2 Accura!

Once i got it checked out, i disassembled her and de-greased it with alcohol and applied 3 coats of Gun Shield to the barrel, breech plug and Frame. Slicker than snot now! I even protected the brass cleaning jag on the ramrod so it doesn't turn green and ugly.

I really like the Thumb hole version a lot better than the regular. The rubber grip panels feel awesome in my hands and allows for a good solid grip. I was comparing the V2 Thumb hole VS my Accura V1 Thumb hole and its just an amazing difference i think.

Trigger again is adjustable just like the other V2 i had. This one breaks clean and crisp at possibly 2.5lbs. Very crisp trigger on her.

Now to mount a scope!

How many more of them things you need? You can only shoot one at a time.. Very nice looking rifle.

Excellent point Cayugad! As you certainly know, one good gun is enough for anyone.

:d you can never have to many. Ordered a scope for it last night off ebay, my brother wants to use it during our 3rd season bull elk hunts.
