110 to 120 of BH209 by volume. The harvester sabots (short black) work best for me as well.

I LOVE my TC Triumph! I got my first ML deer last week, a 3 pointer. I've only started ML hunting last year. I have a 3-9X40 Nikon Omega ML scope (Nikoplex reticle) that is awesome as well.

I use:
TC Shockwave 250 gr
Harvester Short Black Sabot
130gr 777 pellets (2x 50gr + 1x30gr)
CCI primers

I could get even greater accuracy if I switch to BlackHorn powder....but she's nearly a tack driver like it is! You'll love your triumph.
One tip---I think I'll start storing mine with the breech plug removed as some rusty junk makes it impossible to remove the breech plug by hand when you go to it the following season. I always clean my gun before storage too!---Dr Asus

Thanks for the input everyone there seems to be a general agreement here on the powder and sabot choice. I'm currently using the shockwave 250gr and 777 50gr.pellets and geting fair results so far but will consider all your input for a change. Thanks again.
