Years ago some brilliant geneticist found a way to make turkeys with gigantic breast. I wish they would find a way to make a deer with tremendous backstraps and release them into the wild. Thats all I have eaten in 2 weekends of hunting and boy was it good. Backstraps wrapped in bacon on a grill cant be beat.
I have to agree with you. Back straps wrapped on bacon on a grill with some onions wrapped in tin foil and butter... I do not think it gets any better then that.
