Best customer service I ever had

I experienced the best customer service ever just now. Last year I bought 2 pursuit tripod stands ( BigGame brand) I put one together and set it up. I never put the second one together. Well the second one just sat. I finally decided to put it together before I lost pieces. ,only to find out that the bag of hardware was gone. It must have got lost it as it set around these last few months. I looked up the company and they had a chat service with a representative. I explained the situation and they simply said they would send out the hardware tomorrow UPS> no charge. I figured I would have to pay, or that they might not sell just the hardware. I couldn't believe they simply said they would get it out to me. Now that's customer service. No questions or hassle.

In this day and time its always refreshing to have a company step up and go the mile for the customer. My best customer service experience was with Knight about 6 years ago. I called them asking about switching a mk85 from number 11 caps to musket caps. The fellow there sent me breech plug, removal tool and a musket nipple for the grand total of free. I didnt even pay for shipping. I'm still waiting for the ultimate muzzleloader to come out as I dont forget how they always treated me so well.

when the ladder got stolen of my stand two seasons ago I called to order a replacement. They did not sell just the ladder and the guy recommended I by a new stand. The local shop had single sections for 50 bucks. So 2x50=100 which is what the stand cost.
