first of DANG!

Yes, definitely email him and let him know....

What part seems to be the hang up?

I know he will be terribly concerned as I am that it is not working correctly.

Tell me more about your rifle...

One thing to try for me ... remove the primer adapter and then close the bolt - will it close now? If it does I have one more experiment for you to try...

One thing I have forgot to mention - everytime I write any information.... this may not apply to you but....

One thing that I keep forgetting to mention.... If you try to install a Lehigh plug with a regular Knight breech plug tool, it will probably bottom out before the plug is seated. I really would recommend that you use a 7/16" deep socket. You will probably need to use a 1/4" drive socket so the walls of the socket are not are not to thick.

O4... thanks for the information I am going to pull the adapter out of mine and get a couple of pictures for you to compare. Then we will try the next step.... Do you have a micrometer?

Can you tell about how old a young that Knight Extreme is?

OK - I am going to get a couple of pics of my Extreme then get back on...

Ok got some pictures up real quick see if these give you any insight as to what might be going on.... You can see I have inserted a simple tape measure in again the stem of the BP to measure the distance between the end and back of the breech opening. It is very close to 9/16"

The calipers will come next....
