Knight LMK II?

Hey guys, there's a fellow who wants to sell me a four year old Knight LMK II in "great shape", along with "powder, bullets, accessories, a new box of 100 disc, scope mounts on it,and true goo iron sites".

I haven't followed Knight model or prices much. How much would you give for a gun like that, assuming it's in great shape as he says?

I bought one several years ago at the local hardware store for $149.00 brand new. I still have it. They are great little guns.
