Default T/C Endeavor and what Scope Rings?

I have ordered a T/C Endeavor muzzleloader and I would like to mount a Nikon Omega 3x9x40 scope using a Warne base and quick release rings. What ring height should I get to mount my scope? I would like to mount the scope and leave the iron sights on the gun if possible. To accomplish this, I am thinking I should go with the high scope rings. Just curious as to what others have done with this setup. Thank you in advance.

I think that you would be fine with a med scope rings. On my Prohunter I used the medium and was able to leave all the sights on. Also on my Bone Collector I have the med. rings. The only reason I took off the back sight on the BC was that I could not put a scope cover on. This is mainly because the stock is one inch shorter, therefore the scope had to be moved up.

Because of the hammer location and the high comb and my high cheek bones I used the high steel mounts on my Endeavor and it worked out real well.
