It looks like you have plenty of room to work with on that rear sight Devil. If you want to get a feel for how much you would need to remove from the rear sight before doing anything permanent, add a little "temporary" height to the front sight with duct tape.
Shoot it with the higher sight. Then cut a little off and shoot again. Keep cutting a little off until you are on target. However much you added to the front is the amount you will need to remove from the rear.
