Range Report Bone Collector Part 2

Hey guys I finally figured out my rifle. I change to the Harvester Crushed Rib Sabots and got my group. The target was at 100yards. When the wind was calm I had those three bullets touching each other on the bullseye. The other bullets where getting blown around with the crosswind. However still staying in a 3 inch circle isn't bad with the wind. It would have been nice if it was calm, could have had one big ragged hole. So my offical load is 100 grains of Blackhorn209, Winchester 209 primers, 300 grain XTP MAG, and the Harvester Crushed Rib Sabots. I love this gun! I cant wait for Spring Bear in only three more weeks. PS The scope that I'm using is the Nikon Omega. (Ignore the taped bullet holes this was an old target I reused.)

Looks like it's coming together TY. Them there bar's is in trouble.

That load should sure give a bear a bad day. And them being a XTP mag, they should hold together a little better. Good luck bear hunting. That is some good shooting.

Im glad you figured it out, I kinda figured it was the (sabot) Looks like you got a sweet shooter and them XTP Mags will do you fine, there all I use. Good Luck and Success to you on your Bear Hunt.
