Default sabot supplied with TEZ bullets

I have been looking at all the different sabots on the market.my question is who makes the blue one supplied with the barnes TEZ bullets? are they for sale retail or are they made just for barnes? thanks

They are made for (contracted) Barnes by MMP - so you can not get them from anyone except Barnes. You may be able to buy a MMP but it will be a different color. How many petals are there on the sabot? 3 or 4?

Thier 4 petal sabots.and according the sabot chart you posted in a gold dot thread thier 501 dia.the easy 3 petal is 499-500 in that chart.i was on the barnes web site and didn;t find those sabots listed on it.thanks

The four petal is a version of the MMP HPH-24, if it had 3 petals it would be a MMP HPH-3p-EZ load.

PM razorback on this site he can tell you exactly what it is... he is mr. MMP.

I am using them in my T/C triumph and they are extremely accurate.as in shot groups touching at 50 yds with open sights.same type groups with wifes wolverine at 50 yds also.
