Default How much would you pay???

How much do you guys think a new in box remington Model 700 ML is worth. My local gun shop has one with the 24 inch barrel but they are still wanting $370 for it. I have read a lot of good things about this gun. What dou guys think about the price and the gun.

SHulion

Course you know I think the M700ml is probably one of the best old muzzleloaders built. They are accurate, durable and great to hunt with...

$370 even though new is a bit to stiff.... What caliber is it?

You can pick up really good used ones for $250 online - although you will not find many 24" or 45 cals on line.

It is a 50 Caliber. They did make it in a 26inch barrel didn't they. Should I try to get one with the 26 inch barrel?

I had a Rem 700ML in blue/black. Perhaps the most accurate muzzleloader I ever owned (would shoot sub-MOA with a variety of loads), but it was a real pain to clean, so I traded it off.
If I still had it I would look into converting the ignition to use a cleaner burning powder.

I think that's high. I saw one here used for $150. Now it was used but it was also a lot cheaper.

Gun dealears are like used car dealears, $250 should get it and if he's not happy with that then he wont eat this week and get one somewhere else. Money talks!
