Default Lee Modern Target Design Minie Bullet Mold

Anyone using this in .50cal? I was looking at it and wondered how well they shoot. I plan on trying them in the Accura for some cheap off season shooting to hone the ol skills.

I have both the .50 and the .54 mold for minnie ball. I used to cast them but was not satisfied with the accuracy. Now that I think about it, I might have pushed them too fast. I still have the molds but have not cast from them in years. They are both Lee molds. The .50 puts out a .500 360 grain and the .54 puts out a .540 415 grain. Whether they would work in your Accura or some of the other rifles you have, the only way to know is to shoot some of them.
