My legs go num just thinking about shooting it. I need a pill now. One thing i am worried about is cabelas has not shipped my flask and untill i get that i ant shooting. No way to measure the powder.

The big brown wagon will be there soon enough. You are going to really enjoy muzzleloading. That's a good rifle choice. It should serve you well for a lifetime with proper care. Let us know when it gets there.

Ya ups showed up with one of my textbooks. The guy stood there said it is in the computer it is the paper work but not my truck. I said well class startes tomorrow find it now not later. Two days later i had to cancle the order. Amazon was great about except they did not have another box. I end up getting it at the school. Then ups dropped it off. Endup with two books for the price of one. Though one went back to the school

i will let you guys know as soon as i open the box. Well maybe unless i get to the range before hand.

As a proud owner of the black-weather shield version I can only tell you that you'll fall in luv' with it in one second.. they are sweet, I can't imagine adding anything to it or changing one thing.. the trigger is second to none, and that includes most centerfires, the breech plug is the best thing that ever happened in the black powder world-ever!! Accuracy should be about as could as it get with a front stuffer..the recoil pad is awesome and when you fill it with 3 -50's of 777 you'll need it.. easy to point, it just feels right in your hands.. PUT a good scope on it the first time.. charge it, steal it, beg, work for food, whatever it takes don't skimp on the scope... a NIKON or LEUPOLD ULTIMATE SLAM and your done for life.. THAT should make your mouth water a little more...

Next time if possible do what I do, (have it overnighted) I hate waiting for stuff also, but when possible I pay the extra price to get it the next day, if the store Im getting it from does'nt have that service I find one that does, even if I pay more for my merchandise on top of shipping. Then all you have to do is suffer for one day.
Happy MLing and I hope you enjoy your new toy!

I actually think the anticipation of something new is as enjoyable as the something new in your hands (usually). Enjoy the wait and be glad you can feel so strongly about a thing.

Later on in life that feeling will wane.

In the meantime, study your spelling.
