Thumbs up Ready for my draw hunt in FL

I drew a tag to hunt Caravelle Ranch WMA down in Central FL earlier this year. The dates are for this weekend. My dad lives 10 minutes from this WMA so I have easy access and lodging. I'm not real familiar with this WMA so I'm just going in blind with my Summit Viper SS on my back. It's a muzzleloader hunt so I took the Endeavor out today just to make sure everything was good. I used my pet load of 120g BH209, 250g Barnes T-EZ with MMP HPH-12 sabot and a CCI 209M primer. I took 3 shots from 100 yards and that's all I needed. I think I'm ready.

It looks like your good to go. Good luck. And what will you be hunting?

Deer. But if a hog presents itself I may go for it.

Talking

I shoot my Knight Vision with 100 grs. of BH209 powder and a 350 gr. FPB Hornaday bullet and get about the same results.

I love the match and hope it serves me well this weekend. Our ML season starts here in Virginia and I will be at hunt camp for two weeks. I love it. I may come home for a few days and then go back for the begining of gun season. Oh retired life, life is good!!!!

Oh I almost forgot, good luck SWThomas, good hunting. Will your dad be hunting with you? I only wish my pop was still around for me to go hunting with him. I miss that.

Looks like you've got the endeavor dialed in. Nice shooting. Good luck on the hunt.

SW go for it. You will need the memories in ***an to sustain you until your return. Good luck!
