Default Now thats a nice deer!

My brother in law and I went out today to the NRA. Yep! Another NRA buck.

6X6

I have more awesome photos but the email failed to upload them so i have to have my brother in law email them again.

You see those weeds with the balls on the ends? Those are some sort of mini sun flowers. He and the doe's were eating the heads off of them. That has convinced to me start planting those in my back yard along the side of my food plots! I have a bunch of horse manure filled with the seeds so as soon as the snow melts off and its dry enough, im filled up the pickup bed with it and hauling it out back and will spread a test area out. See how it pops up next year.

He really was a big boy!! I have 3 more pictures of this guy standing sideways and it really shows him off. Even got a couple that show him going for those sun flower heads.

Wow... that is a nice buck. How far away were you from that deer when you took his picture?

Whatever that buck is eating during the day, he must be eating buttered popcorn at night. Nice buck!

Those aren't the tops that leave stickers all over your clothes, are they?

the first pic was from 20 yards. After some shooting we ran into them again right next to the road. The second pic he was only 8 yards away lol.

No those arent the stickers that stick to everything you wear! Thank goodness. We have these mini sunflowers that grow all over the place, smell horrible but it looked like he and his doe's were enjoying them.
