Default Finally!!

Well, I finally made it to the range today. Been too busy being retired! Hardest job I ever had!! Anyhow I took the disc elite .50 some T7 3f and 250 shockwaves w/suppied sabot. Swabbed after each shot w/alcohol/windex patch, both sides. then 2 dry patches (as per cayugad instructions from the past). Last yr I shot T7 2f. Used 90gr 3f this time. 2" high at 50meters, 1 in. group. Moved to 100m, another 1" group, 3shots. Then I got brave and tried at 150m. 11/4 apart, 6" below Poa. The I got really brave and took a shot at the 200m ram silhoute(sp). Boom-Clang!!! Seemed to be about a second between shot and impact!! 200m is a far piece across the real estate!! Now all I need is agood excuse if I miss Mr. Big this fall!!

Wow!! that is some good shooting. Those Disc rifles are real shooters. Good luck this season.

Don't worry about that Thumper, good excuses are easy to come by.

At our 9-man/900 acre hunting club you can hear any shot on the property and, knowing where everyone is hunting, you pretty much know who shot. You would be amused by the number of times over the course of our three month season that someone reports "I shot at a 'running coyote' and missed".

Good shooting there bud - I doubt you'll need to think up any excuses.

Thar retirement is hard to cope with just to many thing to do and not enough time to do them. I don't know how I found time to work before

Wish I could retire. Gonna have to wait another 25yrs or longer before I can.

Last year I did have the running coyote happen to me, as did the owner of the property I hunt on. He missed too!!

Retirement? Whats that? Oh I remember, working so much doing the projects that never got done when working a paying job you don't have time to do the stuff you retired to do.

My boat hasn't been in the water in 4 years. I haven't shot any rifle or shot gun since last Febuary. Except the 22 to kill the 8 coons that were messing with the bees, the shotgun to kill the two skunks that were messing with the bees.

Another month and I can do some thing I retired to do.

John you will get use to it I am retired now 20 years from the job.I do miss the guys
