Default Ole Betsy got shortchanged today.

I got to second guessing myself, thinking maybe I fluked out and got lucky or something the other day, so I took Ole' Betsy out again today. I packed up my gear, grabbed a couple of the .22's for the boy's and away we go. 40 minutes later it's show time.

It's a bit different as I wanted to shoot some 270 gr Buffalo Maxi Ball-etts this time around. Other than that there was a breeze left to right but nothing seriously howling. Just enough to clear the smoke about 10 seconds after the shot.

So, same rifle Lyman GPR .50 Flintlock, same powder 3f Goex and charge 100 gr, Different bullet, same targets and same range 35 yds and still standing off-hand.

First shot sent down range followed by a second and a third. I notice my flask is almost empty so I go to grab a can of powder and there I am with a handfull of T7. Some dumb a$$ (me) grabbed the wrong powder. Shoot over for today.
Guessing from the results of the 3 shot's I'm confident that it wasn't a fluke.
