That's not good... At least they're taking care of it.

Poor economy, and poor quality or design during a poor economy either equals government take over, or dooms day. Real bad timing for Knight. Still won't stop me from purchasing some of their many winners. Clean it, care for it, she'll last you a life time.

That's a very true statement. I have NEVER sent a Knight rifle back to the factory for anything other then a trigger adjustment. I have sent back my NULA, A few Encores and one Triumph, Several Savages, but never a Knight. I should quit bragging or something will go wrong. LOL

I am glad they are doing the right thing in checking all those guns over and thank God no one has been injured or worse. It will keep somebody there pretty busy for a while. I wonder how many Revolutions are out there.

I have sent 1 wolverine back 20 years ago (at least it seems like that) a disc 6 months ago and I had a trigger go bad on a MK-85. The barrel was replaced (it was bent), the disc they never said what was wrong with it but sent me a new one with no hassle, they replaced the trigger and set it for me before it left there hands. Howa had a recall on there bolts years ago, I think everyone has oops, the good guys take care of them

Probably more then you think. The extreme/Elites are really the best Knight ever made. I believe that was Tony's design but not sure.

Knight Disc Elite, my very first ML, and my very favorite ML!

Rjhans53, you are so right, all manufacturers have issues from time to time, it's just a matter of a company doing the right thing, which Knight is!

I am blessed to have the 4 best guns knight ever made. mk-85, wolverine, disc extreme MHC barrel, and a disc elite. For inlines, what more could I ever need?

PS In my opinion the mk-85 is the nicest gun of them all. It may not have all the capabilities of the newer disc rifles but the fit and finish are the best by far.
