Default Shooting the pro

I bought my wife a optima pro back last dec. Yesterday was the first time that I had got to shoot it. I put a Nikon prostaff 3x9 scope on it. I started out with pyrodex RS 90grs with 245gr power belts. I was impressed to say the least. If the pic downloaded on here the target at the top left is a 3 shot group at 100 yards.

Greg

It really does feel good when something responds the way you hope it might...

I had to go back and look - I missed the upper left target the first time I looked...

That is some great shooting there. That 100 yard group is all you can ask from a rifle. That would be a deer killing machine you have there. Better take it away from the wife... We would not want her to hurt herself, or outshoot you..

Can't beat that group Greg. Good shooting. Looks like you've got a winner.

that some excellent shooting with the 245s! If you plan on using those 245's for hunting, let me know so i can send you some of my inserts. the 245 is the most famous for fragmenting so it would be great to see how they help the 245. PM me if you'd like some.
