Default Colorado elk cow muzzy tag!

Colorado back door is up and I drew my cow muzzy tag. Now if I can just draw a deer tag, I will be set!

Good luck on your elk hunt. What rifle and bullet are you taking?

Most likely T/C Omega, 90 gr BH 209 and a 350 gr FPB.

In mine it does, at least good by my standards: 3 inches at 100 yards and 5 at 150 with open sights.

I could live with that also, with iron sights.

Elk hunting in CO with a MZ in the early season when the elk are bugling is the ultimate. No doubt. No other place I would rather be. Except maybe New Mexico with a bull tag!! Tom.
