Default Lehigh .452 250grn Bullet.

This is an old report i did in January on MM. Just trying to find stuff i had info on. Another great bullet by Lehigh.

I went to the range this afternoon with my 50cal Knight Disc Elite. It was very cold so i had 110grns of BH209 already weighed out in Lanes powder tubes. I just have a cheap Simmons scope on this gun because i just dont use it much. I also stuck the non full plastic jacket breech plug in.

I really was anxious to shoot the lehigh bullets today. They are .452 bullets at 248grn. They look awesome and shoot really well to boot. I think this bullet is going to be awesome on game. I cant wait to try it on some Deer this 2009 Hunting season. The group below was shot at 100yds, using a short black mmp sabot and 110grns of BH209.

Well Grouse you had me about try those Lehigh bullets until I looked at the site. Ain't no way I'm going to spend $56 for 50 bullets. At least not at this time. I'll stich with my Shock Waves and XTPs for now.

Mighty nice group there Grouse. Excellent work by the shooter! I don't know if I could shoot a pretty bullet like that out of my nasty old muzzle loader though.

Grouse... Looks like they shoot good.

Of course we need to see how they perform on game. Anything in the works on that front ?
