Default Are CVA Powerbelts the same as normal powerbelts?

Gander Mountain has some stuff on sale but it lists their Powerbelts as CVA Powerbelts. Are these the same as the Powerbelts I've bought it Wal-Mart and Dicks Sporting goods?
