Default CUSTOMER SERVICE- good and bad

At the end of Nov. I tore apart the old renegade. In the process, i scewed up my lockplate screw. My fault. Had one H*&^ of a time getting hold of a real person at TC. Finally I got to talk to a real person after 2 wks of trying. Sent in the lock for repair and asked for anew screw. They sent the lock bac repaired w/a screw too small for the threads!! I call,"We will get one out today". that was a month ago. I called 2 wks ago, "we will get one out today" I finally got on Numrich's site Monday afternoon. @ correct lockplate screws showed up today from Numrich!! Tc has let me down![&o][&o]

Maybe this is going to start being the trend. We have had it too good with these companies for too long. I emailed CVA last week for a trigger screw and washer screw and they sent me a schematic of the rifle and an order form. So I cut them a check and mailed it off for the parts I needed.

No, you sent yours in over the holidays when they were off and were on here complaining when they didn't have it figured out and returned to you a week later.

Message received from BIG.PAUL:

"NO f--k head I was complaining that when I called T/C and left 5 messages and was on hold for forever and a day that no one would return a call.
Keep ypur childish coments to your self and and when you don't know what the f--k your talking about just shut up and keep coloring!!"

Paul, your unreasonableness is well--recognized here, go back and look at your complain thread and the comments made.

This message is amusing...are you self-aware enough to recognize the irony of calling someone childish when you have to use the "f" word in each sentence to make your point?

People need to know the same rules for posting apply to PM's as well.
