Default Conicals And Remington Genesis

Wondering if any one has shot the Hornady Great Plains bullets in their Genesis.I used to shoot the 385 with great accuracy and good knock down in my New Englander and my old Thunder Hawk but have not had a chance to try them in my Remington yet.So I am curious if any one has shot them yet or any other conical and how it shot for you. Thanks a lot and I appreciate you alls shooting experiences.I dont log in a lot but I do read a lot and this is probably my favorite forum! I have to admit I have not tried them in my rifle. If you do, be sure and post your results. I have shot the 350 gr Hornady FPB with good results.

That's good to hear, because I have 3 packs of them that I am going to try in my Genesis.

Most folks when the go to the 209 inlines shoot the sabotwith a bullet recommended to him by friends or the person at the store (usually PBs or SWs). Most consider the Hornady GP and other bore size conicals to be percussion or flintlockbullets not inline bullets because of no sabot. The Hornady FPB may renew interest in bullets like the Hornady Great Plains. Most folks don't experiment a lot, they stay with what works for them.
